This was the second Subway I visited today. The first one on Parker and Yale was locked with a hand written note on the door that said only "25 min break" no start or end time. When I initially went to the door, there was a staff member in the lobby who did not even acknowledge me. It would be one thing if they would've told me they were temporarily closed, despite it being in the middle of the day during open hours, but no, I was simply ignored. So, rather than wasting my time waiting or spending my money there, I decided to come to this location. Despite my irritation from the experience at the first location, I was pleasant to the person working at this location, paying careful attention to please, and thank you. I was not greeted. I had to repeat myself multiple times during the order process. The staff member was visibly annoyed that I was ordering two sandwiches and not just one. The staff member acted like I was taking money from her pocket when I asked for extra tomatoes on one sandwich. After I paid for my order, I thanked her. I received no response, no you're welcome, no please come again.... nothing. I hate to say it, but over the last few years, I've noticed a serious lack of customer service at most Subway locations. Sad, I worked at Subway as a teenager, and it had been a favorite of mine. I won't be going any longer. I think staff should remember, if you don't have customers, you don't have a job. Order was missing drinks. Tried to call but it just rings and rings then disconnected. Delivery driver was clueless & said he just brought what they gave him. Paid for drinks that were never delivered making this meal quite expensive and unsatisfactory.

Most subways are pretty consistent. The staff are friendly and talkative. If you go inside, they get the order right. However, if you order for pick up then the order is always missing something or made incorrectly.

Basic rule of thumb: If you're going to work while you're high, don't overdo it. Keep some part of your brain functional so that your random questions about imaginary sandwich choices are kept to a minimum.
Basic rule of thumb 2: If you're going to listen to an obnoxious podcast while you work, be sure that your customers are interested in standing there listening to a stream of angry profanity.

When we were there we observed an older gentleman I assume was the owner helping out.He was in such a bad mood it was palatable. I felt sorry for the staff. He even lectured a customer not to touch the glass on his counter. The poor lady didn't realize she was doing it . He made the experience terrible

The man that was working tonight was such a nice guy!!! He deserve props. Looked like he was in there alone and dit great!! Had an amazing attitude and make the food so good! I think he has a little cut on his nose. Just want to say he did a great job!

Go to Iliff and Peoria. Or anywhere. Just don't put yourself through it just in case.
Manager is unkind and hot-headed. He WILL yell if there is a problem and sneer if you don't order correctly. Unbelievable. A grown man raging at me was so surreal and scary.
