I guess I ordered too many things and they didn't feel like making them, so they just said they are out of everything I ended up with nothing. I do not know how they are still operating, since reviewers with similar experiences seem to go back 5 years now.

My order (through door dash) was missing an item and they messed up the second item. I tried calling them but they never answer. Left then a VM and still waiting to hear back.

There is this one rude lady that don’t like to work instead she will send the wrong order even after she has been told that its wrong. She always blames the customer for “ordering wrong” when I always order the same I only get it wrong from her.

Went to the drive thru and they told me they weren’t taking any orders and to leave and I heard laughing in the background. I NEVER leave reviews but this place is the absolute worst and by looking at their recent reviews, I would say others agree with me. Hire better employees.

the nice staff aloud me and my beautiful girlfriend to order ice-cream via walk-up, since the inside was closed. They Treated the situation with excellent care aswell as discussed with us the multiple flavors that they offered. This experience was great to end our date night. Will deffinetly be coming back.

Worst Baskin Robbins. They don’t have anything from the menu except few regular ice creams. The lady said you have to wait because I’m the only person who’s taking and making orders, very rude terrible customer service.

Worst experience I've had here. I pulled thru the drive thru and ordered 2 Blasts and was rudely told they didn't have whipped cream so I said fine.. Then I ordered a sundae and they also didn't have fudge syrup. At the window they still had the audacity to continue to be rude while handing me my items without a greeting or saying anything. I also didn't even get my receipt nor a discount, which I did think was only fair since my order was technically incomplete. This just shows lack of organization (with inventory) and lack of customer service. I guess if they would've communicated better it wouldn't wouldn't have bothered me so much. I do hope someone actually reads this.

Corner of Farnsworth Avenue and Indian Trail - they never have any ice cream flavors. I have drove off without any ice cream. I'm not sure what they're selling in there but they never have any items on the menu. I was told staff is simply saying they don't have it due to laziness of preparing and that is vile. They have lost me and my friends and family as customers for sure. Service is terrible in and DT. Awful. Will never return.
