The place is good, they have a variety of options including toppings and yogurt choices. If you have a gluten and or dairy allergy they have two or three options to choose from. On Monday and Wednesday they do happy hour from 4PM - 9PM which is really nice you fill up your cup and get a minimum of two toppings and get that for five dollars which is really great. But for some reason when I went there last time, they charged us for having more than two toppings even though it says a MINIMUM of two toppings... So the sign is confusing, if you're coming here for happy hour just get two toppings I guess.

Very disappointed... It was my first time buying here. I ordered a strawberry and mango smoothie and payed for it. Then i waited 10 minutes and asked the latina cashier when i was going to get my smoothie, she said it was coming right up. 5 minutes later she says "actually were out of strawberries" meanwhile there was a bag of strawberries behind her. I asked " what about those strawberries?" And she says " those are for the people that payed after you." I asked her for a refund and said she couldn't refund me.....She made me wait 20 minutes here and only gave me a mango smoothie. Tutti Frutti you guys need to refund money and watch who you hire.
