Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Beware: if you can drive right passed this location I advice you do, this could possibly be the worst Dairy Queen Grill & Chill in Denver area. Drive through customer service is horrible. Was told that they did not have a item available so I changed it to a other item to be told the same thing finally when I was done with my order the lady tells me that I need to learn to order faster. When I got to the window she continued to be rude and by far the worst costumer service I have ever received. Lady is a older lady and was very impatient and treated customers very awful. I chose to not argue with someone like this and drove away without my order. My son was excited for his blizzard but due to the experience we decided to drive a couple minutes away and get him a ice cream at Andy’s Frozen Clusters. Management needs to step in and change things as this behavior is unacceptable families look forward to share a ice cream together only to be treated horribly.

I was at this locating a few minutes ago. I waited 25 minutes for a Babana Split. They were super busy so I new it would take some time. After seeing multiple people get their order before me I asked the lady at the front, Chris to please check on my order, she walked to the back came back, opened the cash register and handed me my money back. I just looked at her and I was so confused, I asked why are you giving me the money back. She then said she forgot to bring it out to me and it melted, so she was giving me the money back. I told her I have been here for 25 minutes, you are giving me my money back and no ice cream, she just said yes. I turn around and left crying. Never been treated like this in my life!!!

Went to this location tonight they were out of a lot of things. The person that was taking my order was rude about it. So I got a blizzard instead. I asked for them to put a lid on it. Got home my medium blizzard was less than half full. Very disappointed..I don’t think I should of paid for a medium sized.

Another one bites the dust. Brought my food, along with my wife’s out, said they were going back to grab our son’s food. Mind you this was 35min before our meal was initially brought out to us. Another 15min of waiting, go up to the counter, come to find out our son’s meal was never started. Line cook told the counter clerk, sorry, but we’re busy. You won’t be busy much longer is your level of service stays on this course. Get your sh&$ in a group!
