The pretzels were pretty dried out and while there was a bit of butter and salt it was not very flavorful like they usually are. I think the location in the Meijer in Oswego is much better.

Served bitter stale pretzels at Fox Valley Mall, Aurora, IL. Walked twice to the store to replace and both the times pretzels were bitter, although I was told those were freshly made. Very unhygienic!

Bitter, undercooked rarely any cinnamon sugar most of the time so inconsistent.. Had to spit it out at some bites because it was total rubbish.. Do not go here, no care put in the food at all....
