Red Lobster

With all do respect, this has got to be the worst Red Lobster, with everyone standing around. So we were sat down, no water no service for awhile. I got up and spoke to manager, let manager know we were waiting. Manager said he would personally take care of us and sent someone else. We ended up leaving. I was not trying to have dinner with my hard earned money where we were not wanted. And as much as i was craving Red Lobster I hated leaving, 👎 we will be traveling to another location close to home where we are welcome. 😞 Red Lobster “all these employees standing around is a solo reflection of management on duty. I had never seen so many on company time standing around, on their personal phones or grouped up talking. Had an amazing staff. I went to dinner to celebrate my birthday with family. I didn't mention it to the staff because I knew I would be too full to enjoy dessert 😅. We ordered stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer and my brother got lucky and got a whole shrimp in his! Drinks were very tasty, we drank based on our servers recommendation. Our entrees were very well prepared and the portions were perfect. Will visit this location again!

Great, the person greated and seated us right away and he was so nice. Our waitress was very nice as well and so was the other staff, everyoneo passed spoke. Food was good and a nice amount too (I don't like the new rice but that's ok). Only problem was I went to the bathroom to wash my hands, got all the soap on them and there was no water available in either sink. Other than that great people, great service but the menu is a lot smaller now...
