Ordinarily, I dig on Wendy’s. True story: I was so hungry for cheese and bacon! Not only were they slow, slow, slow! Since they make everything fresh, I usually don’t mind waiting for a hot and fresh delicious burger and their to die for French fries… well, this is what I got! I was so disappointed that I have ordered from everyone else BUT them! The pictures are worth more a thousand words!

Pulled into the drive through with nobody else in it and two cars parked for inside I'm assuming. First there's no response for a few minutes and then when someone finally responds, they tell me to keep waiting multiple times white 3 cars that showed up well after me go to the second line and get helped immediately. I got to the window only to see the person who was operating my drive thru line wandering around with people telling him to do stuff and moving at all. The most annoying part was looking in and seeing him with airpods in his ear. I didn't realize that was allowed when you're supposed to be helping customers.

I’ve always been a fan of Wendy’s but I wanted to recognize Arianna who helped us today. Not only did she have above and beyond customer service when helping us today, but watching her work was nothing short of impressive, whether it was helping guests, cleaning the dining room, it was great to see the care and effort she puts into her job.

I got off work around 9:30p. Placed an order on the app. It didn’t go through to the store, they showed me it didn’t. They whipped up a huge order for me and my GF in a couple minutes, so damn fast. A black man who was the manager, apologized and got it TF done so quick, with his team. I was starving and so happy they really prioritized my order. Not only that, my GF said her burger and chili was delicious. If you are the franchise owner, it’s about time to pay raise this crew.

Poor cashier looked like she didn't want to be there. I don't blame her. Manager was quick with responses but overall feeling is "go somewhere else." Honestly I don't know why you wouldn't.

I was going to order a combo was actually really wanting Wendy’s food but as I entered there was a woman who sneezed with her gloves on. She did use her shirt but either way I waited to see if she changed her gloves she did not. She sneezed twice still no change of gloves. I’m sorry too risky

You.can tell they are understaffed and really worried about the drive thru. Waited a while inside just to be told to wait while they worried about the drive thru. Ordered and then waited for my food and the fries was cold and not that good. Tried to say something to someone but like I said they was worried more about the drive thru.
