Walked in, kid greeted me then turned around to finish a conversation with coworkers talking about something completely unrelated to work. Turned back around and said “sorry what?” Gave him the first sandwich then he turned back around to continue the conversation. I waited and when he looked at me again and said “sorry” again for not taking my order, I had to ask him if he was ready so I could put the rest of my order in. Kids that work at these places do not care about customers. I’m sure whatever they were talking about was interesting but to ignore a customer standing right in front of your face and get to the point where the customer has to ask the employee if they are ready to take the order is a little ridiculous.

To start, no one said anything when I walked in the door. I was surprised I was even able to get the cashier’s attention. Then, this branch gave me the wrong sandwich, and when I drove all the way back there (after going home already), they were unapologetic. They talked amongst each other like “ Well I didn’t do it. Did you? I don’t think anyone here did that.” Then they remade the sandwich and offered me no other form of apology. I won’t be back

Delivery driver in a korn mask came and stood at my place of business where i work and demanded a tip. Shouting at our customers and employees saying “im not leaving without a tip!” DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS JIMMY JOHNS This is highly unprofessional. Even the rookiest delivery drivers know you cant demand tip. Even after the driver was given a tip they demanded more!
