I understand the staffing shortages. If you are going to close the lobby turn off on the go inside pickup. Choice is either take a loss and avoid pickup or wait in drive thru line for 20 min.

Typical for what you'd expect from a Dunkin. The drinks were good and as we expected and the wait for them wasn't long.

Went through drive through.ordered a med coffee with cream. Paid with DD gift Card. When I had I Chance to taste the coffee. It had sugar in it. Checked the gift card receipt it shows med hot orig cof reg-cream & sugar. I don't use sugar in my coffee. That was a waste of $2.56.
Found a Cumberland Farms on my way home. Made my own coffee with cream. Cashier told me no charge. It's free coffee all day on Friday's in October.

Supposed to pay partially with dunkin gift card and the balance with debit card and the whole order was put on debit card and the girl kept gift card will NEVER go back there

It's ok but pretty expensive for a cup of coffee, I can go to Cumberland Farms and get 2 cups of coffee and still have change left over ! And that's a fact people ! But if you are to lazy to fix it yourself, then by all means, go there and help pay for the people that fix your coffee ! Why do you think that there's so many of them in most places you travel on a daily basis !

Great location. Always gets orders right. Has the great quality expected from Dunkin Donuts. Their "2 for x" deals are great for families stopping for a quick bite. Always go early to get the best donuts.

Duncan's is a New England tradition, modern one albeit, but a tradition nonetheless. I typically go here when I simply want an iced coffee and I wanted to come out of certain way. There's really no innovation going on and the lines for the drive-thru are fairly insane for what they are serving, but who am I to criticize, I'm sitting in it!
Toasted almond iced coffee was delicious and the service was super friendly.
