Brought my kids for a school fundraiser and despite the crowd the service was great and the place was clean. The yogurt was really good as well.
I only wish I had paid better attention to the sizes. I didn't realize there was a kid's size (about half the size of a small), and ended up having throw half the kid's yogurt away. All in all, we had a great time.

The yogurt is great, but the amount of toppings is somewhat disappointing, especially since they charge extra. If you like lots of toppings I would go to a serve yourself frozen yogurt place.

The staff at TCBY is always very friendly and helpful. They are always willing to help us craft our favorite treat. We have also been lucky enough that they have offered to honor our expired coupons! We never expected this but it was a nice surprise. TCBY doesn't have as many soft serve options as some of the other vendors in Auburn but they have 4-6 pretty good ones that rotate. You can also call ahead and see what flavors are on call for the night. We're big fans of the products, the prices, and the staff.
