Wendy's

The manager on duty at 9:48 am was so rude. We tried to use the Wendy’s app and their scanner wasn’t working and she said she couldn’t do anything about it. When we went to McDonald’s and their thing didn’t work the manager was able to override it and made something work. What’s the point of being a manager if you can’t make those simple decision?! Honestly I think she just didn’t want to help us. When we came into the restaurant the breakfast menu wasn’t even available. They weren’t organized at all.

The last three times I’ve been here have been nothing but an awful experience. Low food quality, terrible customer service, and the constant mistakes on the accuracy of the orders. The fries were not hot, and the baconator sandwich still ketchup and mayo on the bun despite telling them that I just wanted cheese. We waited seven minutes for a Coke and Diet Coke, three large fries, a Baconator, and 10 nuggets. The staff does not seem to care about offering quality customer service, the BK down the street offered better quality food and customer service after going to Wendy’s. They’ll be getting my business from now on. There needs to be a change in management, because it’s getting ridiculous how I’m always leaving unsatisfied with my experience.

**WATCH YOUR CHANGE** I went to this Wendy’s passing through and ordered several items to the amount of $16.23. I gave a $20 and got back $3.02, which is a dollar short. I noticed this while waiting for my food and did not think much of it, human error is a thing after all, so I brought it up to the window assistants attention that I was shorted. Without telling her the amount I was shorted she states “yup” and grabs a $1 off of what seems to be the counter. I heard no register open and it was so quick that it had to have been either left open or the dollar was left in the counter. Human error is a thing, but so is short changing money for yourself. So when I all I got was a “yup” and was given a $1 before the window shut I would assume that it’s the later. Completely understand lifeless interaction.

If their goal is to deter people from ever eating at this location, or at Wendys in general.. They are doing a fantastic job. Cold, hard food that seems like it came out of the trash.. And don't expect your order to be right, because I guarantee it won't be. I called to explain the mountain of issues with my last order and was met with indifference from a "fill in manager". I asked for a number for corporate and was told they didn't have one to give me. I googled it and found one immediately. If the staff doesn't care about quality, why are they serving food to people? I guess I'll have to just suffer with stomach pain for the next day or two, thanks Wendys.
