Don’t bother adding drinks to a mobile order. Once your bag is out, you’re lucky to get any acknowledgement from the staff. We understand you’re busy but we had to walk out on $6 worth of drinks because no one came back to the counter whatsoever. My husband stood there for 15 minutes holding straws and our food with no one coming back to the counter.
Once opening the food, theres cooked on pieces of either blue from the wrappers or plastic. This location continues to get worse both in quality and service

0/5 stars if I could. I ordered online to “skip the line” as their sign literally says, and I ended up waiting longer than if I was in the drive through. Everyone who came in after me, got their food before me. I ordered 6 tacos. Wasn’t a complicated order, and when I actually walked up to counter 40 minutes after I walked into the restaurant, I was completely ignored by all staff members. After an hour of WAITING FOR 6 TACOS, and being ignored, I walked out. Not to mention they were loudly talking about not letting customers know which ingredients they were out of because “no one had called to complain yet”. Every person in that restaurant was angry with how long they were waiting. I don’t think I saw a person get their food before the 30 minute mark. What are you doing if not making the food? What could possibly take that long for 6 tacos? Why was I ignored so many times? I never got my food, probably won’t get a refund because I can’t get anyone to answer a phone, and left angry. Never have I heard a good thing about this Taco Bell, and never really had a good experience here the 3 years I’ve lived in this town either.

Horrible manager disrespectful to the costumer she hang up on me over a wrong order due their fault first time in my life i get treated like this from taco bell team they give us wrong order then take it back and then return back to us again manager night shift refuse to change the order when in her side mistake also due the COVID they are not allowed to do that with food! The boxes still in my car my kids won't eat it please the manager should be fired!

We went through the drive through, which we have done the last few times. It has consistently been a half hour event from getting in line to ordering to paying and pick up, so be sure to plan ahead. The indoor was open today where as it hasnt been. Our food was correct today huge win! Although, no spoon for Fiesta bowl potatoes no napkins and didnt offer sauce.

Fast service. Our order was right and not missing anything. The only improvement I can say they need is to not have all the yummy drinks posted but then tell you they are out or don't have any of them

I give them no stars here is why. The other night I had placed an order for door dash. It was supposed to be done at 9:40pm. Ok so after about an hour my door dasher called to say taco bell had given my food out without confirmation that it was the right person and they told the door dasher they were not going to replace the order. So I called and asked for a manager who was rude to me. So much for customer service. Then finally after a few words they said that they would replace it if I came and got it. But I can't no working vehicle. The manager didn't care said nothing he could do, and hung up on me. I got lucky and found another delivery person and they brought it here. When I got the food the order was wrong even after we told the manager again what the order was and there was food missing. Worst experience ever. By they way it took like 2 hours for this order.

At first I felt bad that the lady at the drive through was having a bad day. Then when I went inside to pick up my order that never did go through with the app, she was swearing at the poor kids that were doing their best to get the orders done. I even saw her drop a burrito on the floor and put it in someone's bag and actually gave it to the poor soul in the drive through!! Won't be going back to this one! Very unprofessional!!

Never again. Place is understaffed like most places. I waited 30 minutes for a mobile order which consisted of one crave box. The kids in front of me waited an hour. If you’re so understaffed maybe you should remove yourself from DoorDash. These orders seem to be what’s overwhelming your staff.
