Hungry Howie's Pizza

I called in to make an order for delivery. First of all the guy answered the phone and said, “ hold please”. The sounded like it was slammed on a metal table. I was on hold for approximately 3 minutes. Then when he came back to the phone to my order he hung the phone up in my face when I said I wanted it delivered. This happened at the auburn Alabama location

Door Dash is Awful!!! I spoke with Vick on the phone at my store location and he made things right! Brought me some fresh food. I waited two hrs for my food because door dash screwed up. Hungry Howies is falling victim to employee shortages amd that sucks... they are on point when they normally deliver themselves... staff is very friendly... Thank you Vick for taking care of me! Third party delivery systems always mess up good restaurants!

FYI: Gluten-free pizza crust sold here! These guys are super awesome...the pizzas, salads and the pasta dishes and everything else that I have ever ordered from them is fantastic... The ingredients is fresh and for a couple of dollars more is a much better Pizza than Little Caesars...very reasonably priced...! If I were to give productive criticism to management I would suggest making sure that the order is confirmed correct upon delivery by asking the customer to check their order... Ideally the orders should be checked before leaving the restaurant, but I understand that you guys are busy and at times things can get chaotic...so, if checking the order was not done prior to delivery I would strongly suggest asking the customer to do so once delivered and before the driver leaves! This will save you time and maybe after a while some of your newer drivers will begin to habitually check! I have had on several occasions where my order was wrong, but just did not have the heart to ask you guys for a replacement, outside of one time, and you guys were quick to correct the mistake... Your pizzas are so good that we enjoyed our food despite it being not what we ordered! Good job guys!
