Usually good, they served me raw chicken though. I’ve worked fast food and totally understand mistakes get made, you can’t always tell when something is raw. the issue arrises when the employees took 20 minutes to get us two sandwiches and were still rude about it lol. we shrugged it off because like whatever, it’s sort of late, understandable. when we saw the raw food and returned it they were still rude and short with us. “Um..your cHANGE?” like girl chill out 💀 Don’t really think i’m gonna go back just because they’re usually extremely slow and pretty impolite plus the nasty food lol

The service was very slow today and the drive-thru line long, but it was worth the wait. The frosties were amazing and the fries were out of this world. At first they thought the vanilla frosty machine was broken, but someone managed to get it going just for us. Give it a shot, the new fries are nuts! Took one star off for the slow service, otherwise it would be five!

Somethings gotta be done about the drive-thu times here, its ridiculous. there's no reason i should be sitting for 45 mins in a drive thru for fast food. and its only this Wendy's, others don't take that long at all.
they also need to be READING mobile orders/online orders more CAREFULLY. if i pay for added bacon and a extra patty it better be on my burger, too many times iv come here and instructions were not followed, leaving me paying extra for stuff i never got.

I walked in and was greeted by an extremely rude employee, she had the audacity to roll her eyes at me while engaging in conversation with another employee as I was attempting to order my food. Terrible service, I don’t recommend coming here.

Used a coupon for a free cheeseburger with my order and was told I would have to wait until the next day to get my order? Who orders Wendys for the next day, and even if I did why wouldnt it say so on the app?

The line takes an hour in the drive-through, employees don’t know their hand from their foot, and every time my frosty is melted, zero out of 10 would not recommend!😡

The drive thru is horrible. We were the only vehicle and sat there for 15 minutes before someone took our order. Now imagine when there are multiple cars in line. RIDICULOUS!! If they bring your food out too fast, check your bag....there's a problem, either wrong order or no dipping sauces. Such long lines ugh
