KFC needs to teach there employees respect. First off I didn't get what I ordered. My fault for not checking before I left. Called them and told them. Some young man answered the phone. Wednesday Night June 8th. How disrespectful to hang up on a customer. I called back but no one answered. Not eating there anymore.

Absolutely nothing but total incompetence. I ordered 3 thighs, but was given 3 breasts. When I call the store, the manager tells me that there is no dark meat and they were told not to serve any dark meat. The macaroni and cheese tasted like it was spoiled. I guess I should have known something when I was the only car in the Drive-Thru

Busquit was HARD, chicken was dry, potatoes didn't have much gravy, Cole slaw was not tasty and the Green beans were MUSHIE!!!!! Never will we go there again. Tried to bring the biscuit up to get a new one and we were ignored. Left it on tge counter and walked away.

What the hell kfc. Ordered a famous bowl they put 2 pieces of popcorn chicken on the bottom with little gravy and put all the mashed potato’s on top. Umm that’s not how a bowl is made. They need to stop hiring kids who only want the money but not work. Completely ridiculous.

Service was good, however they forgot several items. Went back the next day and they made things correct. Glad they stepped up, but the g'kids wanted their food.

I think KFC in auburn really sucks. The biscuits are hard as rocks I think they have loss my business. I even said I want fresh biscuits but I guess that was asking to much. My coleslaw was not good bad soured . They need closed down . Worst place to get food. THEY SUCK !!!!

I live in Fortwayne, was driving around, went to Auburn KFC. They forgot something so I called them and they more than made up for it. They were apologetic Pleasant and I think I found the k f c that I would drive from Fort Wayne to Auburn just to go there instead of one in Fort Wayne.
