Papa Johns Pizza

We ordered from papajohns today and we are so upset with the product! The food was late and extremely COLD everything was incredibly disgusting! Our pizza had hair backed into it as well as our cheese bread! Two different color hairs. It was white and then a black curly hair! We are papajohn lovers! And the only pizza place we order from! But this has discouraged us from ever ordering from here again! We did get a refund after the manager who almost was accusing me of lying so I offered to send photos and she said no that's fine. She stated I can give a refund, but that about all I could do. She never apologized not once! She didn't care at all. I honestly don't see how she is a manager at all! Worse thing is that I didn't notice the pizza had hair until after I had eaten it all almost 🤢 I have kids and could only imagine how many hairs they might have ate before I took it away! Horrible manager horrible delivery driver.. papajohns need to really look into who is running this location!!

My order was a large pizza with pepperoni WHOLE and sausage on the left side… from the picture you can see that we did not get what we ordered. I am very disappointed that someone made this pizza and was pleased with their job. Papa John’s I will never order from this location again because I will not pay for something that I know will not be correct. Obviously I still ate the pizza because it’s food that I paid for but I’m leaving this review so other customers know that they will not receive the correct order. If you are going to work in a restaurant then you should make the food as if you were receiving it but the employee that made this obviously does not care about their job.

Today is 6/11/2022 I did a online order. I purchased $40.00 worth and also gave a tip that I really wished I could take back. I will be returning every single item and a refund of my money. I also called in talked to a MANAGER BY THE NAME OF PATE OR PAIGE WHO WAS VERY VERY VERY VERY RUDE IN HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! I need the OWNER TO GET DOWN HERE FAST IN REGAIN HIS or HER STORE BEFORE this place lose out on plenty money. This store is nasty, rude, and lack of knowledge. As a manager in speaking with one he is horrible. This location needs training asap! If the head isn't right the while store will never be right. The quality of the food was horrible. The wings not even done, the papa Philly was horrible!! If the customers not happy they don't get paid or received a raise if the money not coming in. I was told Papa John's don't do remakes at all. I was applaud in I will come back again!!

I placed an online order, delivery time was 39 minutes. Received a call less than 1 minutes after the order, and was informed that in the future, I need to call them ahead of time to place a large order like that and my delivery time would be an hour and half.(Rudely) I didn't know that 2 large pizzas, wings and cheese bread was a large order. Their Policy is if you order 12 or more pizzas. However, I canceled my order and won't be ordering again.

My order said 31-41 minutes when places at 7:10pm it did not arrive until 8:57pm. All my food was cold and I have to heat everything up. Called while waiting over an hour and a half and was told my pizza was out for delivery but I was the 6th person being delivered to AND that the time should be that long they just forgot to update the time in their system. This is the 2nd time I’ve gotten that poor excuse. Never again.

Waited 2 hours and spent $30 for a stuffed crust pizza, which I don’t mind the wait and expected it to be a bit cold, however, when I got it it was thin, doughy, and stuck to the cardboard. I had to just rip off the edges and throw the rest away. Called for a refund then got hung up on in the middle of talking.
