Mcdonald's

This McDonald’s was probably one of the worst places that I have been to in a while. The service was extremely slow. If there was a meter on how slow service was, it would be probably a one. The staff forgot about orders. Also, Could not manage the orders that came in from the kiosk. Even though the service was slow, I will give them points for for being kind to the customers. Even after a gentleman went off and screamed at the top his lungs, they still kept their cool and were cordial to the customers. They were aware of their deficiencies however it seems they could not figure out how to fix it. It location was a newer one, and it was extremely clean. If they could just figure out how to be more efficient with the service it could be a great location.

On of many things. And it’s probably Because there over worked and under paid. Anyways I learned my lesson. And that is to pay with cash. Now this is the second time that they took more than 10 bucks over the bill from my credit card. But this time I caught them. So they agreed to refund my card and said breakfast was on them. Well that made me feel better. Until I found out that they lied. They never credited my account. And they won’t even return my call.

Auburn,ma location... Went here 3/23/22 around 3pm. staff was very pleasant... Ordered a triple cheeseburger,Apple pie, And a coke. The food was room temperature At best. Apples in the pie were cold. The fact that I got a Dr pepper instead of a coke Was minor in the greater scheme of things. This location has been going down hill for A long time. Probably best you go elsewhere....
