Buffalo Wild Wings

Auburn, Indiana. We stood at the door for almost 10 mins. The waiters/waitresses would look at us and walk away. The girl answering the phones came out from the back, smiled and walked back into the kitchen. Finally she came back out walking around and slowly made her way to us. But she smiled so there is that. You could say short staffed but obviously there was plenty of staff for all the open seating there was. When we finally got seated our waitress came over and asked for our drinks. We said we wanted to order as well no need to wait. There were 5 of us. Not a lot ordered. Didn’t say anything when something was messed up with the drinks. But then again with some of the food. I’m not sure if it wasn’t written right or the kitchen didn’t read it. Either way. It costs too much money to pay for poor service all around.

I visited Buffalo Wild Wings in Auburn on Sunday and was not disappointed. I had the Asian Zing Cauliflower Wings and they were very good. We did the Buffalo Chicken Tots as well and I thought they were fantastic. The Buffalo Wings (medium) and Desert Heat was also very good. I didn't get any pictures this time so I'll have to update the review the next time I get up there.

The traditional wings were hard and dry, only a few were edible. Ordered 3 Spicy Garlic and 3 Honey BBQ traditional wings; they ended up giving me the wrong order and amount. They got the Honey BBQ right, and even gave me three MORE wings for free! (But they were all dry, inedible, and felt re-heated) It felt like they gave me their stale leftover wings for the heck of it, just because it was takeout. The other three wings, of which they gave me original buffalo instead, was softer at least. But still, wrong flavour and amount (More of what I ordered, but I'm assuming lack of communication in the kitchen or them throwing me their old leftovers.) My partner ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap and said that it was better than another location we usually go to, and I agree, it was a pretty damn good wrap. Fries were adequate. The consistency of quality in this location is mixed at the very least and the communication between staff seems a bit lacking. There was a dance of employees trying to find our order during pick-up.

Everything was slow from just getting on the list to be seated (30 minutes) to getting a table (another 30 minutes) to getting our food. I can understand that and won’t hold it against you as clearly you are short staff. However, it is poor management when there were over 6 menu items we tried to order that you did not have.

Ordered 60 dollars worth of wings for pickup. Online said 7pm pick up. My fiance stopped on her way home and she is now leaving without food at 7:58. And the rude as females that work there don't make it any better, clearly can't handle it and are embarrassing your restaurant. Now I get to wait 3 to 5 business days for a refund that hopefully comes, because no manager was available.
