I ordered my food via Uber Eats so once I was there I could go and fetch it. Once I go in and get to the counter, I ask for my online order but they said to wait for a minute so I did. I thought this was strange since I ordered way in advance so I didn't get why I had to wait. I waited for about 5-7 minutes before they finally got my food. They didn't seem to be doing anything either, just going in the storage room and talking while givng annoyed glances at me and the other people who were there.
After I paid for my food, I noticed that they forgot my cookie and drink so I went back in to ask for it. The guy tells me that I should get it from the fridge behind me as he seems annoyed about me noticing his mistake. I get my cookie and drink and leave. The sandwich had some odd chicken pieces (and by odd I mean they had those weird strings that made some pieces attach to each other) so it wasn't even worth it. I'll be going to Jimmy John's for now on unless I really want a chicken sandwich and go to a different Subway.

The whole time we ordered our sandwiches the Manager was talking to someone else, just gossiping. Forgot to order one sandwich, so I went to the end of the line since other people had showed up. She made up a lie that there was an alarm at 9pm and she refused to make my sandwich after I waited at least 20min in line. She said we have to be out of here at 9 otherwise we are locked in. Lies, I left the store at 8:59 and while I was putting my kids in the car they were still in there "locked in". Bad service and veggies are super pale.

This subway has the best staff ever!!! Sheila always goes out of her way to make me and my family feel welcome and knows my order from memory. This location is always clean and smiles all around, both staff and customers! I recommend this location for both eating in and catering needs. When ever I'm in town I always stop by for a quick sandwich and welcoming atmosphere. Try it out if you're close by and experience it for yourself.

Placed order online. Waiting for me when I got there. Most of it was good. I ordered a monster steak and cheese w/extra meat and cheese on jalapeno cheddar only no jalapenos on bread. The worst tomatoes I have ever seen. I didn't know they came in crunchy yellow. Usually it takes me two sittings to eat one if these monsters. Not this one, whole thing in less than one sitcom. So so sandwich, excellent service. Will never order on line again. If I can't see them, I ain't ordering.

Food quality is what it is. It’s subway not a restaurant. The service was great before. But the past few times I went in, there’s one particular worker and she’s just rude. At first didn’t think much of it. But one time, when I asked if she they had honey mustard dressing for my sandwich, if she didn’t want to get it out, she could have said no. She grabs it from the fridge, squeezes some onto my my sandwich and literally tosses the dressing among the others and it lands upside down. I’m don’t expect restaurant quality service, but definitely not that young woman’s attitude. And In case some are wondering, I was with my child and I am never rude to waiters/waitresses/servers. But this one, just no.... I dealt with other workers and loved bringing my kids hear for a quick lunch. Now I need to find another subway. Liked this one between would walk to it from my house. It was a 15 minute walk. Bad service....
