Brimstones

This is a coffee shop you should pass up, due to the childish behavior of the employees who apparently don't have the slightest clue on how to run a business. Having customers wait long periods of time because they were busy speaking to their friends who had already been served while others are standing outside waiting to come up to the window to order their coffee. When approaching the manager in reference to this it was put out that that's my best friend, yet doing nothing about it, this is a prime example as to why you don't mix friends with business.

Well today July 29th 2020 was my first and probably last visit to Brimstones Espresso! The picture attached explains partly why! The other reason is their espresso tastes more like 5 hour old drip coffee made with beans that taste like they may have expired 5 to 10 years ago! The woman working was beautiful and quite nice but the coffee is junk and I didny ask for a side of hair in my coffee! I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the woman who made my coffee was awesome

2 stars because only 2 of the baristas can make a Frappuccino. 2/14 whoever worked the 7am shift literally handed me brown water that spilt all over my car before I could even sign the receipt because of how liquified the frappe was and all she could say was “oh, have a good day” and just stared at me. That’s a really great way to keep customers.
