Ordering using their tablets is VERY convenient. Loved it. They made food really quick. Everything was really delicious, pizza was warm enough, broccoli mac&cheese is the best soup ever! Also the regular tomato, cucumber and basil salad was surprisingly delicious and really refreshing. The charged with caffeine lemonade is perfect. Refreshing, not too sweet, not too plain. A very nice experience.

Recently I have been ordering from Panera Bread at the Outlet Mall for our board meetings and other luncheons. They are wonderful to work with. The food is always right and very good. I have had to make some changes on delivery times and they have been more than helpful to accommodate us. Thank you, thank you and thank you! Great friendly staff and service!

Is this the manager? Hates her employees, customers and life. So rude and cannot be bothered to take your order or work. Sorry there are no work from home jobs if you're working food industry. I feel bad for those working on the team, hope you all don't have to deal with her attitude and demeaning comments for much longer!!!

Panera used to be a nice place to eat. But now every time that I go, the food proportion looks like is getting smaller but the price higher. The customer service is terrible. There were three people next to the cashier and they did not even notice me. Then, my food took so long to come and when finally I received it, it was not what I ordered, and the food was terrible. If I got a few pieces of chicken, I got lucky. The avocado was not fresh, it was brown. Thanks but no more yucky stuff for me.

I usually love Panera Bread and always prefer to get sandwiches from them, than any other place. But this location is really disappointing. We got two sandwiches, both of them were missing regular ingredients (I didn’t have any sauce on mine besides a drop of mustard 😑), they were cold (supposed to be warm), one slice of cheese... Maybe we just got workers that didn’t care. I guess just not a good location, even though it looks a lot better than many other ones.

Just got home from picking up my meal. They forgot part of my order and the last thing I want to do is drive all the way back there so they can correct their mistake. I called and they took my name so that the next time I visit they can make it right. I will definitely be checking my order before leaving the drive thru.

Signature chicken sandwich had to be the worst sandwich I've ever had. It was cold and dry. Went up to register with this problem and said they would bring me a fresh new one. 2nd was e en worse then the 1st. Came back with nothing on it. This is nothing like the commercial. Bunch of crock. I was upset and left. I don't believe that people take the time to listen. when I said my 1st sandwich was cold and dry, why on earth they bring the 2nd one totally with no dressing or the fixings.

Worst customer service I have ever received any where. I’ve been to this location over 10 times via drive thru. They rush you to order and don’t ask if you want whole or half, what side you want, or your loyalty number. Then when you pull up they don’t greet you tell the very end (which is usually a 10-20 minute wait) They snatch my card every time and slam the window shut, give me my food as soon as I grab it window shut again. Multiple times I’ve had to wait 5-10 minutes to even place my order
