THE STAFF MADE IT GREAT!!!! LAUREN KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK!!! Great happy moods menu and product knowledge on the money. As a restauranteur I wish I had them...The food was fresh and hot and tasty.

This place was excellent until this new management took over. First of all, they took the best thing (Dagwood) off the menu. Secondly, they completely changed up the way they do things. Now they just decide what toppings you get without asking for your input and when you request other toppings they get incredibly rude and say things like “oh man you really haven’t been here in a while, have you?” No I haven’t. Last time I was here, I had a pleasant experience. I will never go to this location ever again.

I love the food here and have always had a good experience until the last two time I’ve been and it was with two different girls but they were both so rude. They took a while to come up to the front to even help us and then when they did neither one of them on either occasion said hello or anything. They were very rude. Didn’t even smile. I found their attitude as if they just hated their job and everyone that walked in. I work in retail and it is not that hard to just smile or act some what nice. They didn’t bother. Really makes me not want to come back because of how rude they both were.

Omg!!! Forgot to take a picture of my good BUT was so excited that they had Beyond Meat!! Made this vegan happy! Will definitely be back when I return to Auburn for more games.
