Garden Of Eat'n

Garden of Eat’n has become a personal favorite, thanks to their innovative twist on meals served inside a Piadina. My go-to choice is the tri-tip bacon avocado, and I must say, it’s a flavor explosion that never disappoints. The combination of ingredients and the choice to forgo the Piadina adds an extra layer of deliciousness. Beyond the exceptional food, Garden of Eat’n offers a refreshing selection of interesting sodas on tap. The unique beverage options complement the flavorful meals, making the overall dining experience distinctive and enjoyable.

The Garden of Eat'n is known for serving farm to fork, locally sourced ingredients. The Cafe serves chef inspired salads, wraps, sandwiches, Mac n cheese, rice bowls and plading. They make eating healthy in a fast casual atmosphere possible. The salads are generously proportioned and prepared to perfection. The barbecue ranch chicken salad is one of my favorites. It's a delicious mixture of chopped romaine, grape tomatoes, corn, red onion, tortilla strips, Coby Jack cheese, lemon pepper chicken with homemade ranch and barbecue sauce drizzle. The salad is perfectly paired with an assortment of bottled beverages or Stubborn sodas located on the fountain machine. Stubborn sodas do not use artificial sweetener sweeteners, high fructose corn syrup or dyes. It's not a great date spot, but it's a great place to grab a healthy meal. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY

I have had only great experiences here! The young employees that work there are always working hard, and are welcoming. Yes there seems to be some staffing issues but I always see them training and helping each other which is awesome. The food is great!! I always do a build your own salad and mix up the toppings and add chicken and it comes out to $15. It’s a salad with fresh, local and, some organic veggies and a protein that always leaves me full. That is a great deal. Mind you I am a 6’3” male and I eat a lot in a day and this fills me up for a while. I usually come in earlier in the morning and have not had to worry about an influx of orders coming in, but that still wouldn’t bother me to wait a little. Everyone should expect longer waits during peak lunch time at a place that specializes in lunch food… If you are debating on coming here or not, I would say give it a try and build your own salad because the portions are GREAT for the price and you will not be disappointed!
