The server was extremely nice, very pleasant and eager to help. The meal was great though a bit pricey compared to other fast food establishments. $15 for 1 sandwich, fries and a drink is a bit steep if you ask me. That aside it was an overall pleasurable experience. Likely to visit again sometime in the near future...

Went for an interview and Tom, the owner, was so real and kind. His staff was amazing and let me know that even though I wasn’t able to order from the front, that the drive-thru was open. I finally got to try the famous Beef N Cheddar and the new peach lemonade. Both were great but I wish the cheese sauce was more cheesy but that red ranch sauce really stood out. Peach lemonade had real peach and was very refreshing. Was a bit pricey, but the service and quality make me want to go back.

So we went there at 745 pm. Was told they sold out of roast beef. So I had a number 16. The wrap was old the veggies were old. Got real sick and was up all night with heart burn that wouldn't go away. They should close this location down. Young kid working. Who couldn't tell fresh from rotten. Sad we won't go back.

Best fish sandwich from any fast food restaurant I've ever been to and I've tried them all. Spicy one is the go to one and with the two for six dollars offer available you can try both.

Went for lunch yesterday and had the 2 for $6 chicken sandwiches. They were OK but I wouldn't get them again as Arby's has a lot of sandwiches that are a lot better. The 2 for $6 sandwiches were made with chicken tenders which were mostly batter and little meat. Arby's has a lot of choices on the menu and if you're going to have fast food this is a good choice. Try the curly fries. They are really good. Warning: the soda is ridiculously expensive. $2.99 for a small.

Dining room never open, drive thru line out to the street add in wait over 20 minutes to get food, burnt buns on sandwiches, overpriced for actually what you get. Avoid this place like the plague. Wish there was another Arby's somewhere in the Worcester/ Shrewsbury area that was better.

$15 for a burger that is cold, pink all over, and undercooked. FYI I’m a cook and it doesn’t take 3-4 mins to cook a steak burger. They obviously pre cook it and have it sitting around. I had to go home soon after as it made me sick.

Super nice staff. Never had a bad experience. Only issue is sometimes staffing restrictions can close the Dine In option.
