The food is always delicious. The portions are ginormous! The staff are consistently attentive and extremely pleasant. Once you factor in the jazzy ambiance and ample parking, makes for a wonderful dining experience! Try it and you will love it too!
This was my first time trying this restaurant. Our group picked this place because our regular restaurant was permanently closed. So The Quarters it was. This is a very cozy restaurant, it's inside a house. I've never had Southern Creole or MidWest Cuisine, the food was amazing! It had been along time since I had grits; they were so good, I only wish I had more. I experienced chicken and waffles for the first time, not my thing but they were good. All in all the food was amazing! The cost of my entire meal was $20, plus tax.
** Note: They only except cash, no debit or credit cards. They do have an ATM machine inside **
This is hands down the best, top shelf food of any kind for at least 20 miles. The quality is way up there with any and all local greats. It's slightly eclectic and rustic as It leaves a bit to be desired in the front of house. Though warm and comforting... the only bad thing I could possibly say is Its sort of "out dated" in what appears to be an old house. BUT I DO NOT CARE !!!! I'd eat this out of a shoe box if that's how they served it. luckily they don't. They clearly put love and attention into each food item. And the people who run it really really care! you can just feel it. I love this place. I can't wait to go back. From start to finish they watch the details! every item I tasted was excellent. Flavors so perfect and well balanced I was blown away. So many layers, I can't say enough about the food. I almost don't want to share it with anyone. But this place deserves every costomer. The food is mind blowing. It is slightly "SPENDY" but worth every penny. 2 people 3 meals and sweet tea. Out the door for $95 and I've never been happier
I came expecting breakfast with flavor and that wasn't dry. This place did not disappoint. Their brunch had a variety of foods that were packed with flavor, moisture and was filling. I enjoyed the service and atmosphere. The ladies there know how to give you room and be attentive.
Get the cupcakes! Seriously, I have zero regrets getting the banana cream cupcake. I didn't know cupcakes could taste that good.
This place is absolutely amazing! We have been here twice now; the first time a week ago! We enjoyed it so much we had to come back! Of course we were going to try the fried chicken, which sounds delicious, but they were having a Mardi Gras etouffee chef special so how in the world could we NOT do that? Did. NOT. Disappoint! I hope they do it again!! But not only is the food out of this world wonderful, but the atmosphere is great, from the beautiful old dark wood of the dining room (I am in love with the built-in at the back), to the interaction with staff, to include the owners. Jade is just wonderful and she just makes you feel special. ❤️ I can't say enough about how much I love this place! Don't believe any of the negative comments! You need this place in your life!
It's a lovely restaurant. The food is delicious. The place is very neat and cozy. The waiting area is beautiful with nice couches and the big wooden chess board game is a good touch. The service is very friendly and kind. This place is cash only.
Felt very welcomed. The lady was very sweet she went out of her way to make sure her guest were comfortable. I'm getting over a cold and she offered to make me hot tea. The food was FRESH and delicious. If you haven't tried this place you should definitely come.
Delicious food, great atmosphere, and friendly, knowledgable staff. This place is amazing! They're so friendly and cool you couldn't believe it. The best soul food I think I've ever had, it's almost like New Orleans. Their greens are amazing jambalaya is to die for. Fried Chicken got to be the best I've ever tasted they have an amazing brunch as well. You gotta check it out!
