Hungry Howie's Pizza

FYI: Gluten-free pizza crust sold here! These guys are super awesome...the pizzas, salads and the pasta dishes and everything else that I have ever ordered from them is fantastic... The ingredients is fresh and for a couple of dollars more is a much better Pizza than Little Caesars...very reasonably priced...! If I were to give productive criticism to management I would suggest making sure that the order is confirmed correct upon delivery by asking the customer to check their order... Ideally the orders should be checked before leaving the restaurant, but I understand that you guys are busy and at times things can get chaotic...so, if checking the order was not done prior to delivery I would strongly suggest asking the customer to do so once delivered and before the driver leaves! This will save you time and maybe after a while some of your newer drivers will begin to habitually check! I have had on several occasions where my order was wrong, but just did not have the heart to ask you guys for a replacement, outside of one time, and you guys were quick to correct the mistake... Your pizzas are so good that we enjoyed our food despite it being not what we ordered! Good job guys!

Ordered 2 pizzas and some cheese bread. Was given a delivery time of 45 minutes. Pizza was delivered cold 1 hour and 50 minutes later. I called the manager and requested a refund. He refused because I ate the pizza. The manager stated he would give me free food if I want it. I told him I will call 2 days from now to place my order however I did inform him that my order would be large. He agreed. I will keep this review updated on the outcome.

No consistency throughout the pizza. To much or to little sauce same with the cheese and sausage. Didn't order extra cheese but there were mounds of cheese on the pie. 2nd time ordering from here and the 2nd time they've gotten my order wrong. We're in the middle of a pandemic and there are to many people working with your food without mask on or they are wearing them as a chin strap. If your purchase during this pandemic make sure to nuke it or reheat it in the oven before eating.
