Great place to have breakfast and watch the horses. You get a lot of food for your money. the customer service is really good.

My dad and I would come here all the time for their breakfast and a program. Today was the first time going since his passing in November. It was tough but their staff is always friendly and welcoming making it slightly less difficult. Sad I didn't get to see miss Sally's smiling face, wishing her the best!

This is the best atmosphere to eat in. All the ladies are friendly and always have a smile on their face. I can watch horse racing while enjoying a cup of coffee and a good meal. All is right in the world.

Wonderful owners, Joe and Sally Steiner. Service is gracious, wonderful employees and food!! Known the owners for years! Quarter Chute is located at Emerald Downs Race track. See race horses going by the cafe on their way to the track. 5dtars for sure!!

To clarify, it is open to the public, just ask someone where the cafe is at. Their Country Fried Steak & Eggs (served with country gravy) is amazing! You have to try this for breakfast!
