Went for lunch. They took our orders promptly but it seemed to take along time getting the food. No napkins or ketchup available for guest's access. They handed us three napkins and a handful of ketchup packets.

Visited 9/2 around 730am after work and the young man taking my order and at the menu was very nice and food was hot and fresh. Very good attitude young man!
