Honestly... my first review didn't do this place justice. Well thought out and designed interior. Feels like you are figuratively in a bull bar in Spain. The Sangria was great!!! My favorite was the Rosé. The Rojas and Blanco were delish as well.... finally a place in arlington that has Sangria on tap!!!
The food was really good too. I would recommend everyone dropping what they are doing now and head to Pamplona and order the Serrano Ham appetizer. The homemade bread and olive oil ice cream make this a splendid treat. The Chorizo Burger was exceptional as was the Duck Paella. The portions were a healthy size and the flavors were reminiscent of a Spanish family feast.
We went during a soft opening, and even though it was packed and the staff was serving food for the first time, the service was great. The staff is very attentive and want to ensure you have a great experience. Overall, an excellent addition to the Arlington food scene... Grab some friends or that special someone and head over to Pamplona as soon as you can!!!
I can't believe this used to be the old Sobe. It looks *completely* different - and the decor is amazing! Seriously, always something to look at. I think I spent half my night with my mouth open gawking. I want one of the giant golden orbs hanging from ceiling, yes please. Bar staff was quick and attentive and I was too busy ringing in the new year to worry about food in my teeth but I can't wait to go back and try it because it LOOKED delish and people were tearing through it like it was last supper. So excited for this place! It's about time Clarendon got a trendy lounge with classy clientele. Serving sangria is just the icing on the cake, my fav.
Great vibe and food! Did the small plates and everything was delicious, my taste buds exploded. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff treated us like family and our waitress Diana treated us like VIP. Ordering was done safely using our phones to see the menu. This restaurant is great for families, sister girl fun or happy hour….a must visit
I followed through on my reservation after my friends cancelled. Diana was amazing! I felt like I was still at brunch with my girl friends and she was very patient with my dietary requests. All of the food was amazing And made fresh to order. You know how you go to bottomless brunch and it feels like the food is pre-made? Not the case here. Manager was also super attentive, Which was great for a saturday. Highly recommend. They are doing really well considering the circumstances (COVID)!
Este restaurante es muy bueno! Very impressed, Pamplona is my new favorite restaurant! Firstly, the restaurant ambiance/interior is so cute, the flowers decor is refreshing small cozy establishment. Greeted upon arrival, great customer service, fast service, the servers are very attentive and knowledgeable Michael is the best he even charged my iPhone for me. Decent size menu and drink options.
We tired several small plates and it was delicious and filling. Recommend: Mac and cheese, calamari, fried chicken, lamb, shrimp, paella, and churros sundae is my favorite. 1/2 prices bottles off wine on certain nights, we had rose. My guest said the brunch is delicious as well. I will be back!
The place was empty for Father's day which was surprising. The service was quick and the food was amazing as usual.
Everything on the menu is incredible, but you can’t go wrong with the grilled cheese 🙌🏼 Staff is always super friendly, drinks are amazing, and the decor is always on point. Perfect spot for any occasion!
