Jacquees was the star of the day. Since our orders took a little longer ( I'm pretty sure it was getting cooked fresh), he refilled my cup for me. Also very courteous with politeness. Thank you Jacquees for your helpful service

Yummy yummy! Fish tacos were a bit plain but this is LJS not a Taco shop so no big deal. We enjoyed our lunch. Service was great. Place was clean. All customers eating in were happy and ringing the bell as they left.

After ordering, heard the cashier tell cook she miss rung in my order had to wait long time. That was only issue. Customer service was good food was good.

This is the cleanest Long John Silver's I ever been to. I ordered all you can eat fish and sides with a soda.When my plate arrived, my expectations were met. The fish was fried crispy just the way I like it. Well worth the $7.99 I spent.

I have never had a fish taco. So I was feeling brave and had that. I was surprised how big they were and there was two of them. And they were really good.

12/16/2021 around 9 pm. I ordered through their drive through with 1 vehicle ahead of me. The wait time was abnormally long with the vehicle in front of me so I planned to check my food for freshness. I gave the gentleman my credit card @ the window & requested that he not swipe my card until I check the freshness of my food. He then grabbed my food out of the sack & opened the lid for me to view it. I was a little taken back that he opened my food. I attempted to grab it to check the food myself and he pulled the plate out of my reach. He then said that he could not give me my food. I immediately requested my card & he wished me a good day. Despite of the employee being polite I will not do business with a company that practice this procedures with their customers. The next time during the day I will revisit this store and discuss this interaction with the manager of the store. Hopefully we can develop an understanding with one another. It was a lose lose interaction because I didn't get the food I wanted and the store lost money due to not selling that product.

Always fantastic I have a Long John silver in Irving Texas it's always too greasy the one in Arlington is always made hot fresh never greasy best management and employees I drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to this Long John silver never disappointed 10 out of 10

2 piece Fish combo, side hush puppies..served hot. Staff was pleasant and friendly with cleaning and disinfecting all areas after each customer.
