I hadn’t been to Cosi for about 2 years...I always liked it but my first time back, I’ve noticed a lower quality of food. I ordered a Margherita pizza and it looked and tasted terrible! The sauce was missing from much of the crust and most of the basil sprinkles were concentrated in mostly one area. Not at all the quality I remember.

I really enjoyed eating dinner here. After a long day in DC, I wanted something light and this hit the spot. I had a toasted turkey avocado sandwich and it was wonderful. Not a lot is seating for larger groups. Most tables would only fit 2-4 people.

Great food and Adrian had great customer service skills! There was a mistake with my order today and when I called the store, Adrian was immediately super helpful in getting it corrected! I will definitely be coming back since they treat their customers so well. The soup and sandwich that I got was delicious too, perfect for winter comfort food.

I feel like they are three stars for service but the food deserves four stars. I absolutely love their adobo chicken bowl and their breakfast sandwiches are a great quick option. Some places around here take forever in the morning but Cosi is usually not busy ever.
On the other hand, a place that is never busy makes you wonder. I have had some odd encounters with the staff-the gentleman who runs the register in particular seems like he is just off sometimes, and nobody is particularly friendly.

I have visited two different Cosi restaurants and have come to the realization that the restaurant has changed its bread recipe and I don't like the change. The breas used to be flat and the tops and bottoms were crunchy. Today's recipe is soft and flat. The crunchy bread was the reason I drove pass multiple other sandwich restaurants. Cosi sandwiches cost more than subway, firehouse, etc. Wont be returning.

I had one of the best dining experiences in DC here. Just brilliant food, with great service in a cool restaurant. My hummus and Mediterranean fish was perfectly done. Delicate flavors and textures or you can step it up.

I worked at this location for a little over a year. I have no complaints at all. I met a lot of great people here. The staff and food was great. While working here and having access to all the fruits, vegetables and healthy food available. I lost a lost of weight. It was a great part time while I was in college.

Great service, but all of their soups are awful. I ordered the Turkey chili and it was too spicy. The manager offered the chicken noodle. Lots of plump chicken and big noodles, but it just didn't taste good. #sticktosalads
