Old style exterior, with new tech for ordering. The automated system has different elements than the tables which causes confusion. Our ordering device had a bad printer which made things worse. Restrooms were cleanish but many fixtures were broken and repaired. Food was ok. Condiment dispensers didn't work. Sun-par experience.

I received my hot fries in a timely manner.
I noticed that the cashier made sure her hands were washed before she handed me my food.
The restaurant was nice and well kept.
Senior citizens feel comfortable sitting and sipping coffee.

I love this location!!!! The food is always cooked to perfection and the staff is always professional. Customer service is great as well. I once had an issue where part of my order was missing. The manager, Ms. Maria, apologized and gave me the option of picking up the missing items same day or on a different day.

One of the few places where there is never a linguistic issue for us English only speaking individuals. The parking lot and drive-thru are tight but the food is always correctly made and always good. I'm not a big fan of McDonald's in general but this one is definitely not a waste of time. Swing in and enjoy folks!

Horrible experience at this location, I hope the McDonald's management does something with employees team here they're very unprofessional and super rude... The day time store manager doesn't mind saying to you to go to another store.

This is the worst McDonald's in the DMV for black and white people. If your Hispanic it's great. The Latino workers will talk trash about you if you are white or black. The order is always wrong. I ordered an Egg McMuffin this morning. It came with no ham. The burgers are always cold and the fries are always soggy. Don't eat here.
