I Literally Don’t Even Want To Give One Star! This Is The Messiest, Most Disgusting Bowl I Have EVER Paid For. This Location Is Obviously Understaffed But They Were Only Two People Behind Me & One Of The People Was With Me. If I Wanted A Bowl Of Of What Looks Like Vomit Juice, I Would’ve Went Elsewhere. The Food Spilled In My Car Through The Bag. The Top Was Not Completely On. I Am Very Upset That I Have To Trash A Meal & Wasted My Money. This Location Needs To Do Better.

I’m very disappointed I stopped going to the one on Leesburg pike because of bad service . I understand Iam a restaurant manager and we are all short staffed . But my problem is I came in today October 11,2021 at 2:45 left out at 2:57. I almost walked out; there was a older lady you can tell she’s new trying to learn meanwhile there’s two employees doing nothing but don’t help me finally lady comes takes my order . Once I get to the register there’s no cashier the one employee goes to the back and tells me she will be out in a few miniares ….. two minutes go by she finally comes out with spoons takes my order and that’s it . No bag no thank you welcome to chipotle or nothing . It was not busy and I was the only customer. Very disappointed

This location is very unprofessional with shady services. 1. Charges a solid buck as “tax” for anything under $9, you’ll be the only colored person in line and they’ll go about scrubbing their countertops for minutes and minutes until they come to take your order, ask for a dressing for your salad and they lie they don’t have it when there’s two tubs sitting in their fridge.

Guy making one of my entrees barely gave me any food and when told to put more food, especially of the guacamole which is an extra charge, used the excuse of people complain too much, which isn't true. He also couldn't wrap my burrito which was half the size they are supposed to be. The food he was scopping was a quarter to half of the serving spoon size. Please retrain this kid. Very unsatisfied with the service.

I am normally very happy with eating Chipotle from the Foxchase location but recently something has changed and I'm not happy with it. My husband and I normally order Chipotle every Friday night via online takeout for our date night. However, on Feb 4, 2022 and Feb 11, 2022 we received cold food both times. On Feb 4th, I thought it was because I was a little bit late picking it up. But the meat in my chicken tacos was actually cold, like refrigerator cold, not lukewarm from sitting too long. I thought, "Hmmm?" and ate it anyway but I felt mildly unwell the next morning. Then on Feb 11th, again my chicken in my tacos was cold. This time I arrived early to pick up my order and I watched my order being made. I could see it sitting there, 3 taco shells, in the row of orders to be made. It looked like the person making it was waiting for something in order to finish my order because she wasn't adding anything to the taco shells. An alarm went off and she turned it off and then finished my order. I immediately brought my order home, no more than 5 minutes later and again my chicken was cold as if it had come out of a refrigerator. My food used to be piping hot. I don't understand what's happening. The next morning both my husband and I felt ill (he always gets a burrito bowl) and I had a headache too. We don't feel it's safe to eat at this location and have stopped ordering from this location after 2 weeks in a row of cold food and feeling sick afterwards. I'm quite sure this violates health codes to serve cold food.

This Chipotle is horrible. If you aren't Hispanic or White they will give you half of what they're supposed to. Then if you ask for more they will scream double meat on you to charge you extra for the one scoop they were supposed to give you.

They served frozen corn and vegetables in my burrito. When I complained the response was “that’s how it’s delivered to us”. I will never be back. I never had a frozen $15 burrito before

The workers here had excellent hustle, they were putting in 110% in keeping the line moving. Felt like I was in Aldi.
