Fat Daddy's Bar & Grill

Currently at fat daddy’s. Arrived at 6pm. Place was not busy. Many of the tables were dirty. Sat at one of the “cleaner tables” but table was still filthy. Took 10 minutes for staff to stop by. Took another 5 minutes to get table cleaned. Took another 10 min to get menus. Our waitress was training in a new employee. New employee was shadowing the waitress. Took food and beverage order. By the way……limited menu. Only apps and pizza. Short staffed due to deer hunting. Ok. Son got drink and me nothing. Had to go to bar to get beer. Food arrived at 7:10. Half our order. No utensils and no plates. Because our beverages had been empty for quite some time I wasn’t about to wait so I had to get them at the bar. One of two late food items - cheese sticks arrived ice cold. Literally the center of cheese sticks were cold. The last food item (bread sticks) arrived well after everything else. I’m not sure how a restaurant can screw up a bread stick order but this place did. The bread sticks arrived on a dirty bar tray (see picture). Might be the only restaurant in history to screw up a bread stick order. At least they have that going for them. Food was lousy and drinks were empty and not refilled. It was so bad I thought I was being pranked. No prank. The only joke is this place. To make matters worse…..my interactions with staff made the food seem like a great experience. $50.00 for horrible service and terrible food.

dang, i watched a bartender here pick a fight with a customer, visibly shoved him (unprovoked), customer asked to bring over the owner, owner and bartender proceeded to remove the customer. i understand reserving the right to refuse service but to shove and remove a paying patron is both unprofessional and uncalled for. food is simple (overcooked) bar food, service clearly sucks, the only reason they’re in business is they’re the only bowling alley in town. don’t waste your time

I went in there with my girlfriend and two friends just trying to have drinks and the bartender Craig Severson, who had a problem with me over an issue that happened years ago that had nothing to do with fat daddy’s, told me to leave or he would drag me out. I calmly told him I was just there for drinks with my friends. He proceeds to go around the bar and assault me by pushing me and threatening me. The owner came over and instead of apologizing me or restraining him kicks me and my friends out and took away the drinks we had already paid for and did not refund the drinks. I have never seen anything so unprofessional at a bar or restaurant. All I can say is do not go there the employees obviously are uncontrolled and get away with outrageous behavior.

I understand times are hard right now for most restaurants. But this last experience here wasn't a very good one. Waited over an hour which Is understandable for being short staffed now days. But to wait that long for an order of 16 wings and only get half of them that didn't even have the right sauce on them is a little disappointing. No point saying anything at that point because I didn't want to wait another hour to get the other 8 wings. Or new ones with the right sauce. Then after we asked for our bill so we could pay and leave it was another 30 minutes before we got it.

This place is absolutely ridiculous, I'm honestly not sure how their doors are still open. The past 4 times I've been here I've had to wait 45 minutes to get a menu, everything I ask for (a straw, ranch, etc) you don't get. You have to go to the bar and ask someone else to do the waitresses job. I would highly not recommend going here if you want to order your food quickly, or get anything but the basics. The waitresses here lack a love for their job, and would rather talk to eachother then serve their customers. Absolutely pathetic, ill find a new place to eat.

Pandemic yes. Understaffed is questionable? Waiters/waitresses were handling their jobs just fine. Bartenders were slow and not on their A game. If you can’t handle slinging/making drinks and attempting to sell pull tabs put another person or move your pull tabs so someone can solely focus on selling them for you. Another thought maybe a manager should hop behind the bar and help out so the bartenders have a lil bit of relief. If your going for food and drinks great but if your going to pull some tabs, I hope the bartenders are in a better mood and can handle it.
