Sicilian Pizza

The photos compared to what you really get! Despite reading some back reviews about delivery and wait times, we decided to try out this pizza joint. We ordered a margarita pizza (no basil or olive oil as described), the meatball panini had a chemical taste, and the Italian pizza had cold chunks of ham (online photo had slices). Very deceiving! They consider themselves gourmet pizza and charge gourmet prices but you get better pizza from Dominos or Papa Johns.

***Under new management*** Tried this pizza place for the first time in Del Ray, and it did not disappoint! Probably the best pizza (and cheese bread) we've had in the area since we've moved here, and we've tried several! Highly recommend. The person who took our order was also very nice, overall it was a great experience.

The new management is amazing and staff is very nice. They have a wide variety of menu options and everything has a reasonable price! A great place to grab a quick bite or you can have it delivered to you! Highly recommend if in the deal ray area. I also heard they will be adding KABOBS to the menu!!!

Update 7/4/22 The saga with the Sicilian continues. Apparently now their specialty is Hot Dog pizza. If you order Italian sausage, you will be surprised to find hot dogs instead. Edit - Not sure what happened to this place, but the service and quality have really taken a hit the last few times we have ordered. Wait times are long. Sometimes they are "Open" for online orders but are actually closed, I have had to request a refund for pizza that was never delivered. They also lost their liquor license, so despite having a full cooler of beer they are not allowed to sell it.
