Taco Bell

I just try to order my dinner.The one who was taking the order she was not willing to tell her name and she has no name tag has very bad attitude she don’t even listen to me when I order she said you say what ten times and I tried to talk to the manager and she has the same attitude instead of listening me she was told me to go back and order again. They were playing on me I don’t understand what is going on. I never had this kind of problem before. I’ll never go there again.

Average food as a typical chain. Though, this was the first Taco Bell where they do not ask, at least when I was served, for any sauces. I had to ask for them, and the server seemed not happy about extra work she had to do... No greeting initiated by server: no response from the server when I said thank you either.

I recently came here and got someone else's food that cost more than what I had paid online. I never tried the quesadilla before. I ended up with a variety of 3 different types. Turns out quesadillas are actually pretty good. Old: They seem to consistently get orders wrong. I recommend not modifying an order, like substituting steak for beef, because it will be a waste of money.

The food was terrific.. went thru the Drive-Thru, although we could have eaten inside. The $5 Buck Box w/ Nacho Fries, Taco, & a Burrito was scrumptious! I got 2 Donut holes, too. Yummm!//Someone was in the ladies bathroom. I locked myself in the mens room. Nice clean bathroom, but the handsoap dispenser was empty of foam solution! I informed staff before I left.

Worst Taco Bell ever. Use to work here. Worst management I was working and the manager named zainab , just went up and clocked me out and told me to work for free. Really considering I should sue since I quit right after they also put flies into the food sometimes when they are mad at a customer which I was told personally by a cook. I would just pay to eat some where else .

Probably the worst Taco Bell known to man. They don't let you finish your order before trying to talk over you and ask if you'd like anything else or if the order on the screen is correct. (Spoiler: It usually isn't. Probably because they're too busy trying to talk over you.) And amazingly, these people seem to have no idea what their menu includes. I asked for a side of refried beans and the lady says, "What? What order are you looking at?" I repeated the question, only to have to repeat my question a third time to a man who didn't seem to know what refried beans were anymore than she did. I left. If you don't know you're serving, and service is habitually mediocre, I see no reason to spend my hard-earned money at your establishment.

What is not to love about Taco Bell? Great food for the very low prices charged. So far picking up online / mobile orders has been accurate and fast. Food seems to be prepared only after you arrive, as food has been piping hot each time. Note you do not have to go through the drive thru to get your mobile order. Walk up window works, too.
