Dunkin'

Ordered two sandwiches, was only given one. I have a food allergy, so I asked for a simple modification, which I explained three times, and they still made it wrong. Received a sandwich where they put the cheese side on the outside of the sandwich, so the majority of the cheese came off on the wrapper. Reached out and heard nothing back from the franchise owner or corporate. “America runs on Dunkin,” they claim. Yes, patrons pay an astronomical amount for subpar food that is made incorrectly and they get away with it. ETA: the “store manager” finally reached out to me…to essentially say it was my fault for having a food allergy and their computer system is not designed to handle people asking for “no bread.” That the sandwich was assembled incorrectly because it is “force of habit” to put the cheese on the outside. So clearly he has not trained his employees on common sense. What a waste.

Walked in at 8:31pm, 2 young boys behind the counter looked miserable and so unhappy to be there. I said hello and got no response, so I said hello again and still just got stared at. They had ZERO donuts with still 30 minutes left till 9pm when they close. They had money out on the counter like they were closing the drawer already. The customer service that the younger generation gives is a serious problem. I have run a business for 10 years and we don't close till closing time. Who ever is doing the hiring at this location really needs to upgrade their employees cause no responses and being high while counting money with an unlocked door and closing up shop early is not good for business. If this dunkin is privately owned, I'm sorry that you have employees pushing customers out the door by being zombies and I'm sure I am not the only unhappy customer when you have non responsive people running your business. I really hope you can find better help or you can have these 2 boys continue to run your store cuz I'm sure they have no future anywhere else.

Love the entire staff at this location loyal workers for years except for the new woman who makes the sandwiches who in the last 4 visits has either forgotten my order or made the wrong sandwich or simply accused me of not paying. I asked her directly why there seems to be an issue with my order every time I come and she shrugged her shoulders. Will give them another chance otherwise she needs to change her attitude.

The staff is a multi-faceted perfect machine of customer service and communication that makes the store experience a easy and down-to-earth locale. There is inside and outside seating and multiple restaurants are accessible the building allowing for a plethora of food choices and an area to enjoy them. I left a bit when I realized that the worker was working at two different cash registers for two different stores but all under the same customer service which I thought was a fluent and hilarious showing of skill.

Well , when we went 3 weeks ago they were fully stocked , went today one entire side of ice cream was empty , the other side had 6 flavor of ice cream but were pretty scarce. I used the women's rest room , the sewage had come up from floor drains. Raw sewage was every where. I told the manager and he never said anything , not even blocking the bathroom. Not a good ice cream experience today ,
