I had a great experience at this subway. I ordered online and when I showed up early my food was already done! The workers are very nice and the place is really clean. I will definitely be buying from here more often.

I dont know what people are talking about, but I been going to this location for years, and food quality and service is as good as it gets for a subway, haha are people really blasting a fast food store while everyones short staffed? people have way too much time on their hands, its a good subway with good food what more do they want if you want fine dining go there. all of a sudden everyone wants to be gordon ramsey critiquing food like they know something

Friendly and efficient workers, but they don’t tie their hair back. They wear the subway visors, but if the person’s hair is long it still hangs free over the counter and food.

I've only eaten here a coupe times, but its always pretty empty inside, which I like, and the food tastes great! the staff is nice and ready to help..please don't expect everywhere you go to have overly happy staff dyeing to help you..I feel like some people think that's how all staff should be.

This used to my go-to subway...until I was about to be served this turkey on my sandwich. Both the employee and manager (or perhaps even the owner) dismisses my claims that the turkey was old or moldy. He told me that he could “even show me a brand new package that looks exactly like this.” It is clear and evident that these turkey slices are not edible.
The employee put this on my sandwich, and removed it when I asked her to (much to her dissatisfaction). She then proceeded to put steak (my new choice of meat) on the same bread. I asked her for a new piece of bread - this frustrated her even more.
This is not acceptable standards and quality for a food establishment. I definitely will NOT be returning to this location as I can no longer trust the quality of the food. I strongly advise other to take caution before ordering sandwiches here. I also strongly advise Subway to look into properly training their employees, managers, and owners on food handling methods.

4 people here on a Friday and no sense of urgency so lazy. Took me 39 minutes and there was only one customer infront of me. They refused to also let another lady use the bathroom

So, I was kind of hungry and was looking forward to a sandwich. Now, I could walk to Potbelly but it was pretty hot today. Lately it was either hot or pouring down like we live in a rainforest. So I decided to order, via Grubhub, from Subway.
So I ordered a 6 inch Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki Sub Combo on NEW Jalapeno Cheddar Bread with Bake Lay's Chips and a Diet Coke. Also ordered the whole sandwich toasted and other details not really needed for the review. I also tossed in one Cookie - White Chip Macadamia Nut sounded too good to not try.
Well, at first I got a ETA of 3:55 PM - 4:05 PM. But I guess this must be a busy time of day in the Subway because Grubhub alerted me to the fact that there was a delay in the order and the new ETA would be 4:05 PM to 4:15 PM.
But the driver did show up within the second ETA and handed me the order. He was polite and effective. Also helps that I live on the ground floor and can see the parking lot. But I noticed a problem right away. Even while walking to my condo I noticed the bag was cold. The whole was cold.
When I opened it inside my unit I found the sandwich, diet coke, and chips all smoshed together. No Cookie and the sandwich was NOT toasted and I am pretty sure the bread was NOT Jalapeno Cheddar Bread. It had no heat to it. Luckily I had asked for Jalapenos put into the sandwich with all the other fixings.
But now I was slightly confused. Why was there a delay? IF it had not been to perfect my order what had they been doing the whole time?
I can blame the delivery time on Grubhub, maybe, but a screwed up order is totally on Subway. Which is why they only get two stars and from now on I WILL walk to Potbelly, rain or shine. Sad, really, because I was really looking forward to that cookie!

THEY DO NOT HONOR COUPON DEALS IN PERSON OR ONLINE. So important. Doesn't even make sense. I went ahead and ordered while I was there anyway even though I had a coupon for a buy one get one free that they refused to use. The meats and veggies looked old and discolored. They also had a hard time hearing what I was saying and had to repeat myself for everything, although, to their defense, I had a mask on and I can sometimes be known to mumble. Benefit of the doubt. Does not excuse the poor quality in food options or inability to honor coupons in person or online. There's another Subway about a mile from this location that's probably better. Don't waste your time here. Three stars because it was still edible and they weren't entirely rude.
