Classic American fare. I am a fan of turkey and rhe turkey breast, mac n cheese, and potatoes was fantastic! Make sure you get there before the rush so they don't run out if your favorite stuff.

Customer service was good. The food I ordered was horrible. The macaroni and cheese was watery so the pasta had very little flavor. The creamed spinach had a bitter flavor it was just not nice to try to eat so I didn't. This was a waste of my money. Never going back.

Second day coming here and no rice? Your store is always empty. Your food is overpriced. Your staff just sits around and talks, too lazy to even bring the food to the table. I'm doing you a favor coming in here, and all i ask is for some rice.

This place must not have full grown chickens. They are small like the size of a hen. The chicken is also overly seasoned. To you who have this place for Thanksgiving dinner you must not have an idea of what decent food taste like. I am just letting you know that you are not paying for a full size chicken and subpar food. Enjoy!

that was really delicious. chicken was roasted well done ,almost looked perfect for advertising it it wasnt for me diving right in before I could take a picture. Very clean serving stations and a very polished and polite manager . Oh dont forget the carrot cake !!!!it gonna be my new best thing

Today i placed two orders at Boston Market.
Two salads to be specific, this is not my first time, Iv been a customer for almost six years.
There usually pretty good both the food and the customer service, but i never felt so disrespect like today.
I noticed while I'm eating my salad that all it brought was lettuces , tomatoes , onions and a little amount of chicken, mind you this is a "Santa Fe salad", it should bring what i listed and plus beans corn and chips. I walked all the way back since i work across the street to address the lady who prepared it, she was very rude and stated that she placed beans, corn and chips and that i must have ate it and brought it back for more. I couldn't believe how rude and disrespectful she was.
I called later to explain the situation to the manager and he didn't seem to take took the situation seriously.
This will defiantly be my last time at Boston Market !

The food in this location is amazing! It is fresh and cooked well. This location has great customer service and it is very clean! Junior (I think he may be the manger) was very welcoming and helpful.

Excellent food and Customer Service. All the people were very polite and service oriented. The chicken and all the sides were delicious. Even the background music was excellent. I will recommend this place and my husband and I will visit again.
