It's a nice place. Not bad to take some coffee or sandwich. Good bakery. Not more than that.
Very kind employees and clean tables.

Just picked up my Mediterranean Salad with chicken. There should be equal parts grain to green and there was little to no green arugula. whats the point in calling it a salad. All the toppings were covering the "salad" and I thought well its probably under all of it so I mixed it up.... not even a handful of greens. Sad because Ive had this made before from this location and it was amazing. I feel like I'm just eating sauces and no greens.

Always clean and nice inside & outside. Both hot and iced coffees are fresh. Margherita flatbread pizza was tasty and the pick 2 is always great.
Great staff. A large outdoor dining area in their garden is a plus!

The establishment is still serving to-go only, which means you don't get the usual plates, silverware, and you will have have to assemble your soup's bread bowl. The outside patio is cute though and a nice place to have some fun pouring soup into bread.

I stopped by for the first time because it's walking distance to work. When I walked in I was immediately aware that it is more than I expected (and not having Googled it beforehand). I was happy with the selection on the menu and on display. Had I not been trying to eat "healthy" that meal I would have chosen something tastier. I chose a Green Goddess half salad for about $7. The sauce was good and the salad was satisfying. I'd try other menu items for sure.
Edit: Feb 4, 2019. I did in fact come back for a full Green Goddess salad; however they forgot to include the avocado (photos attached). I was sad and confused when I got back to work, having foolishly left the store without checking the order. My trust is diminished.

I learned my lesson that this location isn't convenient for pickup if you arrive in car. There are no pickup parking spaces and as a visitor to the area, I only noticed pay parking available for street parking.
Shop is wide open in entrance and as another reviewer mentioned emphasizes kiosk ordering. I ordered Rapid Pickup and really found pickup shelf by cashier.
Dining room only has six tables for two and one booth, plus two more tables in back.
There is another Panera Bread down the street with a parking lot I'll try for picking up orders during my visit.
UPDATE:
Re-visited this location and now there are two or more curbside pickup spots, nice! Unfortunately two were parked cars, so not sure how it is enforced. I was able to use an end curbside pickup spot, fortunately.

Love many items they developed...BUT it's become too rich for me now, even once a month is a big splurge. Just got 4 bagels, just sliced nothing on them, (no cream cheese),1 coffee, 1 bear claw, cost $13.94...really...you have got to be kidding!!! Not close to being worth it...sooo I went over to my nearby grocery chain and thought I would see how much $15 or less would cost me for as close to same items...HERE IS THE RESULT(1 box of 12 hazelnut K-cups, + 1 coffee cake, w almond paste, similar to a bear claw w frosting, 1 package, 6 everything bagels, store brand,+ and an additional cream ch w chives all for $12.72....YOU DO THE MATH...that and a little planning ahead makes more sense to me, although the Panera signature hazelnut coffee is better...they have been running a special for months on getting a monthly or weekly coffee pass which could still be on and that's saves you something. But it probably has some food item purchae attached to it also. Their prices were on the climb way before the CCP-VIRUS hit, that and BAD government planning on the supply chain issues must have pushed them over the top...too bad it was a great treat a few years ago...sadly no longer.

I stopped here for some breakfast and I must say it was very average. I got the oatmeal with berries and the egg white sandwich. Both things were kinda bland and not cooked well. Their hot teas were despicable in my opinion and I tried a few. I would just stick with their plain green tea. However, their iced teas are awesome, especially the green tea with peach flavor. Would not come here ever again for breakfast but still like their butternut squash soup.
