In the event this particular location is the one partnered with DoorDash, I strongly advise all to reconsider their options when it comes to competence and convenience, as you will receive neither from this location. Perhaps I was unaware of the many difficulties an employee of 7-Eleven may face, such as reading. Thoughts and prayers.

The employees are extremely rude! It happened before also and talked to the owner regarding the rude behavior of their employees. Feel like they are not having a good luck managing their employees’ attitudes. Experienced another employee with a bad mood tonight, who doesn’t even know how to admire the respect provided by a customer. The management should work to improve their employees’ customer service as if it’s a top priority and train them how not to overlap their personal problems at their workplace. They should never forget that, a business exists because of the customers. As par my concern, I have been a very consistent customer of this place since last two and half years, but will never go back there again…guaranteed..!

I have walked into this location several times and each time I walk into this store the people at the register are VERY VERY VERY RUDE to me. I have yet to make a complaint about it because I try to ignore the ignorance but tonight was unbelievable. Tonight I was buying a pint of ice cream and the rude cashier guy looked at me and started to walk away from me. I raised the pint of ice cream to indicate to him that I am ready to purchase. He rang me up and walked away without putting my ice cream in a bag and he did not give me my receipt and I don't even think he gave me the correct change back. His communication towards me was obnoxious and degrading. The female cashier is also very rude, she is the one who is always wearing red lipstick. Recently, I came into the store and she has ignored me and would not ring me up for my purchase. I do not deserve to be treated so disrespectfully each time I walk into this 7-Eleven. The employees are beyond rude and need to be fired. They lack respect for the public. I have watched the employees treat certain customers more respectfully than others, male customers are treated with more respect than anyone. Their bias and disrespectful behavior have to go! The employees need to be replaced. I am 2 seconds from filing a civil case on this location for sexism and racism.

Please go to another 7-11 store to buy your things. The owner and Indian lady that works at 331 S Whiting St in Alexandria are rude and bias. The owner told me if I don't like their business don't come in his store. I'm going to report he by calling 311 and other resources. I will be filing a civil case as well. Can some one please email me your email so we can file together??? I'm tried of the owner treating people like trash this must STOP.

The man on this location are so nosey if someone pays with EBT or Credit Card. It's not there bussiness however a mother with a child is paying. They think ppl don't understand their language.

The customer service is the worst don’t have people working there that are too lazy too cook it’s may the 27th at 12:46 am the lady said she wasn’t gonna make Fresh tacos like she’s trying to sell me this old hard mini tacos that where this since this morning like I’m not gonna eat that an clearly no body els did keep up that great customer service!!!! Bunch of punks

DO NOT USE THE AIR PUMP HERE! It doesn't charge you the correct amount (50¢ more than posted) and does not push air into the tire. You'll end up draining your tire flat. Use the air pump machine at the Sunco up the street.
