Just left from making a purchase in which I was over charged by a $1.64. I tried telling the gentle man what I had as well as the employee who attended to what I wanted but the gentleman said he had it. Come outside and see the additional charge. I go back inside and they are trying to make me take the food instead of giving me my refund. Then I was told I could only get a gift card as he could not refund me my money. Another gentleman stepped in to help and eventually I was giving my money back! Not to mention a few months back an elderly lady fell in the store. I saw the incident as well as how they treated her, let's just say was not satisfactory. They instantly begin to say that the floor wasn't wet when they had just mop there and a wet floor sign was out on another aisle as they hadn't moved it. I had to go to the nearby Gates Automotive station after speaking with an outside officer and let his son know in which the nature they handle this elderly woman. All in all they get one star from me. The food was dry and they didn't give all my change. The receipt said $1.64 buy he only gave me $1.50. I told him it want correct and he said sorry. I just left. I'm sooooo disappointed!

Very horrible service from a racist. My wife needed some ice for her school activities in the GW school right next door so I drove over there to get some. I asked the cashier for large ice packs and she replied yes, that they had it. I went over confused; 1. Because they were small sizes 2. I didn't know whether I grab them or someone does for me. (I don't do lots of convenience shopping). This man who was squatting asked if he can assist me and I said sure. His assistance would have been honorable but the questions he put to me after rudely telling me "the ice you see there is what you get". I had to buy more afterwards, so I went back later on to purchase more, even though I had my receipt in my hand waving at him, with a suspicious look he commented, "are you sure, you've paid?". What the hell man? All my crime there was giving them my business while being black. I will not return to this store.
