3:50 pm they ran out of chicken.
10 minutes later we have chicken.
Restaurant was filthy from front to back. Trash all over floors. Trash all over the outside. My shoes stuck to the floor. None of the tables were wiped clean, covered in debris fallen from previous-who knows how many people’s mouths.
Water all over floor by ice machine. No clean up and no sign. Bathroom was disgusting, covered in urine and toilet paper scraps on the floor. Sink and faucet looked as if their last cleaning was in 2015.
Employees walking in and out meanwhile there is a 10 minute wait and line. Poor manager doesn’t know how to hire reputable employees or run a business. Should have looked around and walked out. Got sick twice from the food within hours.
I love chipotle but this one should be shut down. It was a slow time of day. This place should have been at its cleanest. If your leaning your cleaning. Maybe teach that to the lazy employees huddling around bored.
All the food tasted off. Clearly from lack of following the recipes and lack of caring about their work.

I love this place but they are always extremely stingy with the meat serving. I'm not asking for a pound of steak in my bowl or burrito, but don't hit me with 2 huge scoops of rice then turn around and lay 10 pieces of meat on top. I always have to ask for more meat and pay for the double meat. Other than this, I love this place.

My recent complaint to Chipotle customer service says it all:
This is the fourth or fifth time I’m writing to complain about the attention to detail and customer service at the Williamsburg, VA location.
Each time I’ve been told restaurant and regional management would be advised of my concerns but nothing has changed. The same mistakes have been repeating since I first wrote in September 2020.
This location continues to suffer from problems with attention to detail and customer service that, in my observation, stem from poor management—at the restaurant level, but possibly also at the regional level.
Today’s problem was that an entire entree was missing from my order. It was a three piece tacos item. When I pointed this out to the cashier she only said “hmm” and then told the manager. The manager didn’t acknowledge the problem, offer an apology, or do something nice like throw in a bag of chips. While she did get the oversight fixed, her handling of the situation is the real problem: no apology to the customer and no dealing with the employee who made the mistake. That’s what managers are supposed to do.
This remains the worst Chipotle I’ve been to in terms of attention to detail and customer service. I don’t want another “sorry about your experience” email from corporate. I’d like corporate to get these employees the training they need and if they’re not meeting expectations then it’s time for them to find other employment.

Ordered pickup on the app. It was good that I checked my bag because they forgot to put in my $2.15 bag of chips. Other than that the food was decent, and the pickup is nice because it is quick.

Very poor service, Is a nice location and the bathroom was clean but other than that is horrible. I spent 45$ on nothing!! they put almost no meat or veggies in my bowl, I had to ask her to put a little bit more lettuce and she grabe a few more leaves and through them in there. The soda tasted like water and the lemonade was terrible.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else please.

I’ve been to a number of different chipotle locations and this by far is the worst one. It takes about an hour for food to be prepared from an online order, which wouldn’t be the worst thing if the food itself wasn’t also very poorly prepared. Everything is extra salty, I’ve had uncooked rice, and the latest cauliflower rice they have is almost too limey/salty to eat. I love chipotle’s food so Ive kept coming back here thinking it will change, but it doesn’t matter what crew they have working. They need more staff and to train them better! I would never go to a chipotle if they all tasted like this.
