I get slow. Everyone is struggling to find staff. So although it is frustrating to wait 30min for food I paid for through the app. But when two drinks are missing, another is incorrect. A fry is missing. The other fry is dumped in the bottom of the bag. My quarter pounder deluxe has no lettuce and the wrong size patty and a gallon of Mayo. You have a customer service issue.

Spent 20 minutes in the drive through. When we received our order, pictured is the large iced coffee(maybe there is coffee in there), 2 chicken biscuits where 2 bacon egg and cheese instead. We did not have time to wait to fix the order. Consistently have problems with this location but gave them another chance today. Epic Fail!

Perfectly good building and they got the doors locked on a Saturday evening. I don't want to eat my Big Mac over my lap in the drive-thru, I want to go inside and eat it. Where's the management? Not here clearly. What a total shame. I don't recommend.

The food was probably the best I've gotten from McDonald's in a long time. All of it was hot and fresh and actually put together rather than a sloppy mess. The employees at this location leave a lot to be desired. It took 25 minutes to get through the drive through! 1 car in front of me... they forgot my drinks, no napkins, no sauce for my sons' nuggets... They were polite and friendly though...

This McDonald's used to be a good place to get a quick bite to eat or dinner for the family. Especially after visiting Busch gardens and you just want something quick. Lately there's been a decline in the food quality. Also drive thru takes a long time to get through. Hoping it will return back to it's original ways soon.

I was here yesterday with a Charter Bus group yesterday. The inside was closed due to the shortage of help. I spoke to the manager who was filing in as he was a store manager from Norfolk area. He was very helpful in helping us with our food order. First class and great to work with. Went out of his away to accommodate us!

The absolute worst. Ordered Curbside, waited 35 minutes….. drove around to be told to come inside. Got inside and was told they made my order but didn’t have it…. WROTE my order on the back of a receipt, got two items wrong. 50 minutes later we were back on the road. Should have had a sit down family dinner in the time it took.
No apologies or worry from the employees either…. They obviously didn’t care

This McDonald's is absolutely the most ghetto McDonald's I have ever been to. All the employees are incompetent and lack basic common sense. My drink order was messed up twice. They even had the audacity to give me half full cup. Then try to be argumentive because the don't know how to fulfill basic orders.
