This is the only Subway store in Williamsburg that does not accept Subway coupons. They will charge you full price for everything including on Subway app. They do not honor any promo codes at this location. I stopped using this location despite it being closest in proximity. They do not want you saving your money basically.

Love their spicy Italian sub! I always like going here, especially when the owner is working the front, he is a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommend!

Didn't get a chance to try this location because as we pulled up at 8:45p (closing time was 9), they ran up and locked the door and walked away.
15 min should be plenty of time to make a sub, not impressed.

In these times you would think that food establishments would be grateful for customers returning. But not this guy working here. Subway is based on have your sandwich made the way you want it. This guy had to be asked to please change his gloves 🙄 he asked what i wanted he didn't want to make the sandwich the way I asked he flat out said No not gonna happen...lol I thought... that's insane he then told me bye.....I laughed 🤣 and left to go to the next subway. He refused...... they weren't masked but you cannot enter without one, vaccinated or not...I just thought he was very rude.

Me and my family of 5 went in to get a quick bite and there was two associates a white girl and black guy they didn’t have name tags but anyways we had like 6 sandwiches to order and they were extremely patient with us although more people came in… they weren’t rude or made us feel rushed thank you for your patience
