Priscilla was awesome! She provided us such wonderful service with a smile! It was my first time ever going to the melting pot and she explained everything on the menu so well! Also, the drinks & food are delicious! My fiancé & I had a wonderful meal here and left feeling so full! 🩷
We came here on Mother's Day for our Anniversary Dinner and was pleasantly surprised by our expectations being superseded! The restaurant is very intimate with private table areas and romantically lit. Our server Priscilla is an amazing person with a very likeable personality. She guided us through the menu and our experience. The drinks and food quality were excellent. I definitely recommend this restaurant.
The place is beautiful, the food was amazing! But above all our server Patricia was THE BEST waitress I have ever had the pleasure of having. She went above and beyond customer service expectations. She definitely has an amazing personality. A 20/10 experience for me and my wife's 1st time here and we will definitely recommend anyone whom has never had this experience to come and try this establishment out. Amazing "Thursdate" night out.
We went for mother's days dinner. Had a great private table.. this was our first time at a Melting Pot and although it is a bit pricey, it's very unique. I probably would return only for cheese appetizer and chocolate dessert fondue, the dinner broth cooking was ok, I just really enjoyed the cheese and chocolate more. But the best part of our experience was our server, Justin. He was great! So friendly and funny and attentive. The whole staff was really nice, hostess, bartender, anyone we encountered. They really have a great staff at the white plains location. Great time and lots of laughs
Fun place to have a meal, especially if you want to try something different. Plenty of food, so you won't leave hungry. Particularly enjoyed dipping bread and veggies into melted cheddar. The steak and fish were all fresh, and did not take long to cook. For dessert, dipping fruit and marshmallows into melted smores was heavenly. Our meal got off to a bit of a rocky start, as a burner did not work at our table, we had to switch tables, and then they ran out of multiple wine selections. However, they were very professional, and the manager addressed these issues quickly and appropriately. He even offered us a glass of wine on the house. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, a really enjoyable dining experience.
Cute little spot. Came here for my anniversary. Drinks were great. I liked that we had to cook our own pot. Very tasty .

This is absolutely the most romantic place you can find. The little booth is so cozy and private. Valentines day dinner is the best experience you could ask for! The staff are so welcoming and I make you feel very comfortable. This place was so romantic I proposed to my girl!!
Rose was our amazing server. She made sure everything was perfect. We were there to celebrate life 🩷 with friends and family. From the minute we walked, we were greeted with so much love and professionalism. Thank you to the whole staff that made our dinner experience beyond amazing! 10 stars out of 5!!!
