Came here for a birthday dinner and was not disappointed. The short rib pizza and brick chicken were both incredible, and the other dishes we had were all solid. That said, the vegan options (while present) were not quite up to par for a restaurant of this status and in this neighborhood. Overall a great experience with some room for improvement.
The food and drinks were great. The staff was friendly and very attentive.
Lily's gives you Midtown vibes in the heart of white plains. I've only ordered takeout here but had to go in, tho wait for my food. The staff is very pleasant and doesn't like to see people wanting around for a long time.
The food was good! I ordered the pizza and would definitely order it again!
Really nice food and complementary drinks for brunch. We ordered pasta, chicken and waffles and egg Benedict with smoked salmon with a side of fries. We definitely enjoyed pasta and egg Benedict. The chicken seemed a bit undercooked. Bloody Mary is worth trying.
The waitstaff takes a long time to attend to your table, but the food is good(as you can see the pizza is eaten), and alcohol selection has a variety. If you're sitting in the back tent, be aware that there is a cold breeze that slips in, so bring a hoodie or coat if it's cooler outside.
1) Food:
The pizza was nice and crisp. However, my pizza (the beesting) was absolutely swimming in a puddle of oil. By the time I reached the second slice, the whole thing was a soggy mess. I still enjoyed it, but it could have been better. The other pizzas don't seem to have this problem.
The blueberry cake was fine, but the cake tasted like it had been in the refrigerator for too long. It started to hold onto that refrigerator smell.
2) Atmosphere:
The tent for the outside seating looks a little bleh, but the seats are cozy, and the area feels comfortably warm. It was freezing outside, and I felt comfortable enough to take off my jacket.
3) Servers were fine. Very attentive and answered all the questions we had.
It would have been five stars if the cake didn't smell like the inside of a refrigerator, and the pizza wasn't soaking in a puddle by the time it got to me
My mom and I grabbed lunch last week. We were seated promptly in a high-top booth - my favorite. Service staff were attentive and pleasant. Mom got the fig & arugula pizza - it was slammin'! I got the Porter House burger with incredibly well-seasoned and crispy (but not oily) fries. It was divine! My day improved immeasurably afterwards, lol!
Came to Lilly's for the first time with my friend for brunch. We sat in the back outdoor area,, the ambiance and decor is nice. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because, although my food was very delicious my friend's food lack seasoning but didn't taste horrible and there was a huge BEE problem outdoors where they were bothering everyone in the outdoor dining area while eating. It was very annoying, and hard to enjoy our meal. Other than that, everything was good and will go back again.
I came in for brunch and during brunch my meal came with either a mimosa or Bloody Mary. The Bloody Mary was very good! I also ordered the chicken and waffles. The waffles were good, chicken was okay. In my opinion is was a bit salty. The portion was good, I was definitely full in the end.
