Pizza Hut

Customer service was shocking. Had to order through the phone but no staff member explained any of that to us. Pizza was extremely greasy and salad bar was messy. Took 20 minutes to get our dessert and when it finally came it was overdone and rock hard on the sides £10 wasted. Did try to get waitress/managers attention but they just ignored me. Overall a bad experience with bad customer service. Definitely needs to rethink the ordering process and have staff members interact with the customers!!

Great service at this place! Our party of 6 arrived on a busy Saturday evening before a show without realizing we should’ve made a booking. After being told maybe a 30 minute wait, we were seated in only 10 minutes. Despite the busy dining room, salad bar was simple but stayed refilled. Ordering meals by phone was easy and practical so that waitstaff could provide friendly and efficient service. It’s been many years since my last visit to a Pizza Hut but if they have all evolved into something like this, I’ll be back much sooner!

My family visited Pizza Hut in the Strand prior to going to see a show. I am pleased to say that the waitress who served us was attentive and efficient which gave us confidence that our meal would be served in time, so that we could fully enjoy our meal before the show. The food itself was of very good quality and we were really satisfied with our visit.

I've have had a few bad experiences of Pizza Hut in my life but this experience was fantastic. The salad bar is one of the best things about Pizza Hut in general but on this occasion our waiter was the best thing about the visit. The customer service went beyond the level of just being polite and bringing our food on time. This waiter went out of his way to assist my nephew with everything that he needed. The kids menu is a huge drawing point to this restaurant but knowing that they are Autism friendly is another selling point. Really enjoyed my experience and it helped to set the bar for the night!
