super delicious food! ask for the deal of the day and you can save money because it comes with 2 sides and a drink! the sandwich i tried was brisket with the spicy sausage, it came with cheese and pickles and onions are optional. definitely try their brisket chili as a side for $1 extra. mac and cheese was yummy. sweet tea tasted great and i love how it comes with the yellow cups you can reuse. i also loved the complimentary ice cream cone afterwards :)

Not impressed with their service. If youre going to have a online update, you have to actually update it for your guests. Called to get an update, thinking maybe they were just busy on a Sun afternoon, and they said itd been ready for 20 min - no update from app, email, etc. When I got to the store, I opened the door and not one complete step in got bombarded by “you have to have a mask” by more than 1 employee at same time. No hello or welcome, just a shout in my direction. Ill gladly take my business elsewhere for an ounce of customer service. Plus some actually wings - not quite sure what you call these.

Frito pie was soggy and almost seeping thru the bottom of my plate. If it wasn't for the two fellas in the drive-thru having such great customer service skills, I would have only given 3 stars; they were kind, knowledgeable, and funny🤪🤣 Thanks guys!

Sadly, this location has gone down hill. They appear to be having trouble retaining employees, although the ones they hire are unfailingly friendly and helpful. That being said, if you expect your order to be correct, or even hot, lower those expectations. Whatever you get will taste good, it just may not be what you ordered, how you ordered it or hot. We'll be visiting another location from here on out.

Yummy BBQ for good prices. I had the pulled pork sandwich and it was great also had a side of Mac n cheese and green beans. They have good bbq sauces. They also offer free soft serve ice cream! Lots of indoor and outdoor seating

The service here was fast and the employee went above and beyond when the order I placed on the app didn't go through. I thought I would have to cancel my app order, wait for it to be refunded and then order again in store but the employee just made me a sandwich anyway and said just cancel the app order when you get home. Kudos to customer service done right! Everything else was good and always love the free ice cream that everybody gets with every meal.

Not happy. I ordered two plate dinners, which, with tip, came to $42. My meal was supposed to be a three meat plate - ribs, brisket and turkey. Someone else picked it up because I was working. What I received was a two meat dinner - no ribs!
I called, the manager who seemed less than apologetic - I get it, they probably get people looking for freebies. I only asked to get a refund for the difference between a 2-meat and 3-meat dinner. Maybe a couple bucks.
I was assured that it would happen that evening because it was a back house thing - whatever that means - I don't care.
But it's now into the 3rd day and ... nothing!
I understand mistakes happen. First, I was disappointed at not getting ribs. Then a bit put off by what I perceived as a lack of sincerity. Now, I'm upset at being blown off entirely.
The food I DID get was great. I came very close to buying a franchise and part of me still thinks maybe I should have taken the plunge. The food really is very good!
At least I could have run such an establishment with more integrity than I witnessed this week.

The food was good. (I will never go through the drive through again though, it's not that good.) I do like the option of the THOUGHT of the drive thru at this location, but the drive thru only has ONE window, AND the speaker is down at the menu board. (hope you have a good memory and small order) so if there's a car in front of you, you have to wait for them to place their order, than you wait for the receipt exchange.... and then you have to wait for them to get their order before you can even PLACE your order. than once you get to the window they are at the counter cashing them out. So you're waiting for that.
than when you get to the window, you have to HOPE they notice you're parked there, trying to order. We had to honk our horn and waited over 35 minutes before we even ordered here.
You're doing a BUNCH OF WAITING. Way too much waiting for any kind of restaurant. Period.
Don't go to the drive through if you're hungry and expecting fast efficient service because you won't get it.
