Went to the Crocker Park Cheesecake Factory with my girlfriend for her 23rd birthday dinner it was great only minor gripe i personally have were our table was a smaller one with little to no room to move place our belongings (i.e cell phone or wallets) or even get comfortable in our seats but all in all had a great experience will go back again hopefully get a booth next time
Happy Hour Bargain. We don't normally go to chain restaurants, but some friends suggested taking in their happy hour. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. $5 margaritas, mojitos, long islands and more, but what was really impressive was the $5 appetizers. The four of us shared a plate of 4 burger sliders, 4 southwest egg rolls, a heaping plate of nachos, and about 8 crab rangoons. These 4 apps were plenty of food for our dinner. The only real complaint was the slow service, which I see has been mentioned on other reviews. I would come back for happy hour.
Can be cleaner by wiping food from the floor and crumbs of food from the seats
Superb cheesecake, pastas and appetizers!. Loved this place - it has a great atmosphere, ambiance, service and food! The strawberry cheesecake was simply yumm and is something I'd go back for. The pasta and pizza were well made and had fresh ingredients.
It is a pricey place, so recommended for a leisurely, once-in-a-while outing for some good grub!
Good. I love this place because they give huge servings so you can take home stuff. the fries were good, and the bread was very good. i forgot what soup i got but it was good and the bread they give out go very nicely with it.
Good Enough. If you come here you have to stick to the appetizer menu or you will be overpaying for your meal. I recommend the Buffalo Blasts - but beware of these if you are watching your waste line. The service is just OK, but it is a nice place to get together in Crocker Park before a movie or after a day of shopping. Decent outdoor seating during the warmer months. Hate the dim lighting inside.

Lovely atmosphere, Extremely family friendly! Just kind of disappointed with the food. Definitely not the same flavorful big portions as pre-pandemic. I understand there is a lack of workers, but there was no love in the food. Of course, the cheesecake was still fantastic. Not the nostalgic factory I remember though.
The food is amazing at the Cheesecake factory. The salmon is prepared perfectly and is very well seasoned too. The drinks are excellent, but the specialty cocktails are expensive. The service is friendly and polite. They atmosphere is comfortable, clean and bright and cheerful. We were very happy with our experience.
Great experience! Sat at the bar for 10-15 minutes before getting to our table and our server, Jamal, was awesome!! Very friendly and welcoming! We were celebrating an occasion and Jamal added “goodluck” on our dessert! Food was awesome and drinks were yummy. Definitely recommend Jamal as a server!
My husband and I were visiting Ohio from Michigan and decided to come here for our anniversary. It was amazing! The cheesecake factory never disappoints. Our waiter was very kind and the food was on point as always. The cheesecake, it is out of this world. Everything about this place is my favorite!
